Alness Removals & Storage offer complete flexibility and support to every customer whether they choose to “Self Pack” or use our comprehensive pre-packing service.

Packing is probably one of the “KEY” factors to get right, to ensure a smooth and successful move.

We have provided some top points and considerations in helping you decide which option to choose.

 

Customer self-pack option

Pre-packing and wrapping sometimes hundreds of items can be a time consuming processing, often requiring several weeks to complete prior to your removal date. It’s not rocket science but make sure you have the time, energy and support of friends and family.

Remember, you will also have many other commitments and possibly other things that may demand your attention and divert your time from the crucial job.

We can fully support you and provide all the necessary strong boxes, white paper, bubblewrap and handy packing guides if needed. We can also supply a self -pack kit that can be collected from our depot or delivered to your home.

Comprehensive professional pre-pack service by us

If you are short on time or your move date is extremely close then our service can solve your problem.

You can concentrate on your daily life without having to worry about undertaking any packing. Our expertly trained teams can comprehensively pre-pack and prepare most houses in 1 day and a pre-move survey by our Estimator can confirm exactly how long this will take.

We expertly pack each box and briefly list the contents and label accordingly for each room, ensuring you can find things easily when you start unpacking at your new home.

We are also extremely experienced in packing irregular, valuable and antique items, providing bespoke cartons for their safe transport.
